A new report by the Citizens Against Government Waste shows that John McCain strongly resists earmarks, while Barack Obama and Joe Biden rank among some of the worst members of the Senate when it comes to wasteful spending.  The group has analyzed roll call votes since 1991 to distinguish members of Congress whom it describes as taxpayer advocates from those it says favor wasteful programs and pork-barrel spending.  Members of Congress are ranked from 0 to 100 percent.  A score close to 100 percent means they resist wasteful spending, while a score close to 0 percent means the member loves pork and wasting tax dollars.

So here are the scores:

John McCain - 100% (representing no earmarks)
Barack Obama - 10%
Joe Biden - 0% (representing a real pig)

Now, when you consider those numbers, who really represents change from the norm in Washington?
